The Ranch

The Seven Dollars Ranch is 1,240+ acres (m/l) of diversified topography located in Apache County, Arizona. Apache County is the 6th largest county in the United States and is home to Old West towns such as Alpine, Eager, Concho, Greer, Nutrioso, Springville, St Johns, and Vernon. Furthermore, Apache County is home to Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests.  The ranch is broken into (3) classifications below.

The Mountain

The Seven Dollars Ranch contains 211 acres in the White Mountains, located in the town of Concho, AZ. The Mountain segment of the ranch includes utilities (power and city water) and provides million dollar views. 

The Farm

Located about 12 minutes north of Concho, AZ is The Farm segment of the ranch. The Farm  contains 950 acres of farmland, with the seasonal Little Colorado and Zuni Rivers running through the property. Electrical power is available to The Farm.

The Raw

Located about 15 minutes east of Concho, AZ, is The Raw segment of the ranch. This area holds 40 acres of raw and untouched mother nature, allowing for flora and fauna to flourish.

The Mountain @Seven Dollars Ranch

The Mountain is 211 acres raw picturesque beauty. Located on the north side of Concho, AZ, The Mountain part of the ranch offers in-town conveniences with the luxury of a large estate. The Mountain is made up of Apache County Parcels 201-43-009 (55.47 acres), 201-43-012 (49.24 acres), 201-43-013 (36.66 acres), 201-43-014 (34.08 acres), and 201-43-020 (36.04 acres). The Farm @Seven Dollars Ranch

The Farm consists of 950 acres (m/l) of wonderful farm and ranch land. Located about 12 minutes north of Concho, AZ, The Farm is Apache County flatlands that are bordered by the Little Colorado and Zuni rivers. The Farm is made up of Apache County Parcels 204-01-007E (201.43 acres) and 204-01-012A (748.5 acres). The Farm is located at the intersection of where US-180 and US-180A intersect. (All acreage sizes referenced from Apache County GIS parcel viewer.) Finally, the 201 acre parcel (204-01-007E) has been surveyed and subdivided for future growth. The Raw @Seven Dollars Ranch

The Raw is 81 acres of habitat left mother nature's way. This 81 acre plot borders Arizona State Trust property and is being preserved as a part of the natural wild.
